How to find the driver at Faro Airport?

Answer: After leaving the baggage collection area, the driver will be present in the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name on it. If for some reason you cannot find our driver, please contact us.

If my flight is delayed?

Answer: Flexitravel monitors flight arrival times and will arrange for your transport to pick you up on arrival. If there is any problem with luggage, we advise that 1 person notify the driver in the arrivals area, we will be happy to wait until the problem is resolved. Answer: Please check your spam box. If you still can't find your confirmation in your email, please contact us so we can verify your email address in our system.

What does the transfer price include?

Answer: The scheduled transfer price includes the one-way journey between the airport and the selected destination. Chairs for transporting children are included in the transfer price provided they are mentioned when booking.
